Delivery & Exchange

At Silk Organics, we strive to ensure your orders reach you as quickly as possible. Our priority is to dispatch your order swiftly, typically sourcing and shipping items from our warehouse within 48 hours (on business days). If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via phone call or SMS with the earliest dispatch date.

In Pakistan, we charge a standard shipping fee of Rs 250 for all orders, regardless of package size. For customers in Lahore, we offer delivery through our in-house service, usually within 2 business days. If you require urgent delivery, please contact us.

For nationwide orders, we partner with various courier services, with an expected delivery time of 2-4 business days for non-Lahore locations. For international deliveries, please reach out to us at @silkorganicspk.@gmail.com to receive shipping costs based on your destination.

Unexpected delays may occur, and if you do not receive your order within the expected timeframe, please email us at info@silkorganicspk.com or call us at 0334 956 6661. Exchange Policy

Silk Organics offers a 7-day goodwill exchange policy, provided the item is returned in the following condition:

  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • The seal of each product must remain intact.
  • The product packaging should not be tampered with.

Please note that items purchased during sales cannot be exchanged or returned unless the product received differs from what was ordered.

How to Exchange an Item:

  1. Email us at silkorganicspk@gmail.com to request an exchange.
  2. Include the reason for the exchange, along with your order number and the names of the items being exchanged.
  3. Return the item in its original packaging with the seal intact to: Silk Organics
    Attention: Returns Department
    203-C, Street 6, Phase V, DHA, Lahore.

We will send your chosen replacement item to your address. You will be responsible for any shipping charges associated with the re-shipment.


Returns Policy

Silk Organics will fully refund (via credit voucher) or replace any goods found to be faulty or damaged.

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return the product(s) under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unopened and in original condition.
  • Products must be sent back within 7 days of receipt.
  • Include your proof of purchase/order information with the return.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Take a picture of the damaged or faulty item.
  2. Email us at silkorganicspk@gmail.com to request a return, attaching the pictures.
  3. Include the reason for the return, your order number, and the names of the items.
  4. Send the item back to: Silk Organics
    Attention: Returns Department
    203-C, Street 6, Phase V, DHA, Lahore.

We will issue a coupon for the same amount as the returned item. You will need to cover any shipping costs for the re-shipment.


Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, please inform us as soon as possible! Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours, so timely notification is crucial. Cancellations depend on whether your order has shipped. If you wish to cancel, please send your request to silkorganicspk@gmail.com or call us at 0334 956 6661.

Please note that once an order has shipped, we cannot process a cancellation.
